Christmas Mission Offering
Our Goal: $5,000.00
Collected to Date: $3,396.00

CBF Global Mission Offering
Theme:“Embrace the World”
Theme: “Tell Me the Story of Jesus”

Attention:Youth Alivers!!!!!

Don't forget that you need to be at CTBC at 10:15

THIS SATURDAY.

You will be singing as part of the CTBC Christmas Cantata. You will need to be there to practice the song as well as your entrance and exit from the stage. I am trying to talk Kerri (the CTBC music director) to either (a) let you enter wearing sparkly, sequined outfits while pyrotechnics go off (b) to have a fog machine cover the stage as you enter in (c) a Transiberian Orchestra song blaring for your entrance. I don't know how successful I will be,s o be there on Saturday to plead and beg Kerri to go with at least one of the ideas!

Our Prayers Go Out...

To those persons affected by the shootings in Colorado on Sunday. In the midst of such a great tragedy pray for the families and friends who lost loved ones, Youth With a Mission, New Life Church, and the family and friends of the shooter. Our hearts are saddened in the face of this tragedy. Join with me in praying for God's peace, grace, mercy, joy, and love to be with those who are grieving today.

Great Christmas Idea...

Why fight the mall crowds,? Oh yeah I forget...teens love the mall! How about this...spend more time just hanging with your peeps at the mall by ordering your free copy of CTBC Youth Alive! Christmas Crosstalk

It was a outstanding, once of a lifetime, stupendous, performance by the CTBC Youth Alive! Youth Choir. Their presentation of Christmas Crosstalk was filled with humor, suburb acting, great singing, nifty dance err... creative movement numbers, and a massage to what the true meaning of Christmas is all about. Great job to all the performers.

And you will want to be the first to order your pre-release copy of CTBC Youth Alive! presents Christmas Crosstalk". It will be releasing the week of 12/17. The first 50 who order today will receive a free copy of a handwritten thank you note from CTBC's Associate pastor Bland Campbell, III. This hardly decipherable chicken scratch letter is suitable for framing or house breaking the puppy you are getting for Christmas. OOPS...sorry about that you are not getting a puppy for Christmas. I know nothing about puppies. You did not hear that comment about puppies. Oh, be sure to order your copy today.

And without further adu..to you and you and you...here is the world premiere clip from "CTBC Youth Alive! presents Christmas Crosstalk.

Be sure to check back for more exciting clips
premiering on this blog over the next several days.

Christmas Crosstalk

Ever wonder what it would be like if the Christmas story was told on a talk show? No? Well, me either. But, it is a an interesting thought. Wonder who would do the best job in telling the story? Oprah? Montel? Letterman? Jon Stewart? Colbert? HMMMM...

I digress...this Sunday night the Youth Alive! Youth Choir will present, Christmas Crosstalk, a heart warming, laugh fest, touching, accurate telling of the ancient Christmas story. They have been working hard and we have video to prove it...
